Anita Briem was born in Iceland. Anita Briesm, an Icelandic actor is known for her portrayal of Jane Seymour (the young woman that will eventually become the wife of Henry VIII) in the TV show The Tudors. Also for her role as Hannah in the 2008 film Journey to the Center of the Earth. Briem started her career as an actress at National Theater Iceland at 9 years old. When she was a young actress she appeared in a variety of plays in radio and television shows in her home country of Iceland. Briem was a child performer aged sixteen when she emigrated to London. She was a part of the adaptation of Lenin and the Count of Monte Cristo, performed in Love at the New End Theater. Briem was a student at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art for three years, gaining the diploma of Drama. The Cherry Garden (Anton Chekhov) as well as Bernarda Alba's house written by Federico Garcia Lorca were among the many plays she was part of during her time at RADA. Briem continued her career acting in London, participating in productions like Catalog of Misunderstanding (directed by Mike Figgis) at the National Theater Studio. She performed in Losing Louis' five-month West End West End Season. Anisa is an Indian British film and television actress. She works for Indian television and cinema. She began her career as a child artist in the television show Ishaan which aired in India on Disney Channel India. The actress made her debut in film with Shuja Ali's film Baat Bang Gayi.
